Account Success Manager (Sales)

Responsibilities:

  • Show off our solutions and services to prospects
  • Manage and nurture sales pipeline.
  • Write project proposals, budgets, and other project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs.
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual. French is mandatory.
  • Quick learner and can adapt to new technologies and processes quickly. 
  • Experience in the Nonprofit sector.
  • Meticulous and have a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience using Salesforce, or other CRMs
  • Salesforce Certification

The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that our technology consulting projects run smoothly and efficiently. This individual will work closely with the sales and development teams to ensure that project timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and resources are allocated effectively. The Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all project requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to project teams and stakeholders
  • Work with project teams to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure that project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all project requirements are met
  • Manage project risks and issues, escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and other project-related documentation
  • Participate in project meetings and other project-related activities as needed
